Contractor’s Right to Assign. The Agreement and the performance of the Scope of the Agreement contemplated hereunder are personal to Contractor, and therefore Contractor may not assign its rights and obligations under the Agreement without Company’s prior written consent and such consent may be withheld in Company’s sole discretion.
