Contractors' Right to Payment. The right of Contractors to the payments provided for in this Article 6 shall extend throughout the term of this Supply Agreement and shall not be affected by the production rates or sources of Natural Gas supplied from the VICO Contract Gas or the Other Contract Gas from time to time during the term hereof.
