Contractor's Working Hours. Subject to the requirements of the Special Conditions and Scope of Work, all work at the Site shall be performed during regular working hours, as defined in the Special Conditions, and Contractor shall not schedule performance of the Work on Saturday, Sunday or any legal holiday without Owner’s prior written consent. The cost resulting from any additional working hours requested by Contractor, and authorized by Owner, shall be shall be reviewed and approved by the Owner prior to payment.
Contractor's Working Hours. 6.1 All workmen shall be escorted en bloc from the designated entrance of the Prison to the area designated as the Contractor's Site and the Contractor shall ensure that all employees, sub-contractors and all others under the Contractor's direction on Mondays to Fridays shall: Report at the designated entrance to the Prison at 07.30 am to be escorted to the area designated as the Contractor's Site to start the morning's work at 08.00 am. Assemble in the area designated as the Contractor's Site to cease the morning's work at 11.45 am to be escorted back to the designated entrance of the Prison. Report at the designated entrance to the Prison at 13.00 pm to be escorted to the area designated as the Contractor's Site to start the afternoon's work at 13.15 pm.
