Contracts and Security Bonds Sample Clauses

Contracts and Security Bonds. The County has the right to review all contracts for services and construction funded pursuant to this Agreement in order to determine eligibility for funding hereunder and to determine compliance with all relevant plans and terms of this Agreement. Subrecipient agrees to provide the County with all executed prime contracts funded pursuant to this Agreement. Whenever a security bond is posted by a successful bidder for the faithful performance of a contract funded pursuant hereto, the name and address of the bonding company or person issuing the security bond, the number of such bond, and such other information as may be required by the County shall be transmitted to the County for review prior to award of such contract. The original of such bond shall remain in the office of the Subrecipient.

Recipient agrees to provide the NYSEFC with all executed prime contracts funded pursuant to this Grant Agreement. Whenever a security bond is posted by a successful bidder for the faithful performance of a contract funded pursuant hereto, the name and address of the bonding company or person issuing the security bond, the number of such bond, and such other information as may be required by the Agency or the NYSEFC shall be transmitted to the requesting party for review prior to award of such contract. The original of such bond shall remain in the office of the Recipient.
