Contracts and Subcontracts. The Supplier Code of Conduct requires that Contractor and each of its Subcontractors demonstrate a strong commitment to compliance, ethics, sustainability and supplier diversity as a foundation to successful business. Contractor must complete its Work for PG&E in full compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct, as it may be modified from time to time. Contractor shall access, read and comply with PG&E’s Supplier Code of Conduct and shall make it available to its Subcontractors and suppliers.
