Common use of Contracts on Production Clause in Contracts

Contracts on Production. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.1(q), there are no Contracts involving the purchase, marketing, brokering or sale of Production that require a dedication of Production for a term in excess of three (3) months that will not be terminable without penalty or other liability at the sole discretion of the Subsidiaries or the Partnership upon not more than one (1) month's notice, except for commitments under operating agreements.
