Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance. 4.1 The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) shall not apply to this Deed and unless specifically herein provided no person other than the Parties shall have any rights under it nor shall it be enforceable by any person other than the Parties.
