Contracts Subject to Retained Interest Provisions. With respect to any Contract sold by TPVG to the Borrower and included in the Borrower Collateral subject to the Retained Interest provisions of this Agreement, if such Contract is a Contract with more than one lender or lessor, Collections in respect of principal and interest received by the Collateral Manager will be allocated between the portion owned by the Borrower and to the portion not owned by the Borrower (if any) on a pro rata basis according to the outstanding principal amount of such portion, subject to clause (h) of the definition of “Excess Concentration Amount”.
