Contracts. The Recipient will ensure that all Contracts. (a) Are consistent with this Agreement; (b) Do not conflict with this Agreement; (c) Incorporate the relevant provisions of this Agreement to the fullest extent possible; (d) Require that any parties to those Contracts comply with all Requirements of Law; and (e) Authorize the Province to perform audits of the parties to those Contracts in relation to the Project or any Funds provided to those parties.
