The Company may enter into one or more agreements, leases, loans or other arrangements for the furnishing to or by the Company of funds, goods, services or space with any Affiliate of any Member, Manager or officer of the Company, provided the Managers approve such agreement or arrangement in the reasonable exercise of their discretion.
