Contracts with Affiliates. A. The Partnership may lend or contribute to, and borrow funds from, Persons in which it has an equity investment, and such Persons may borrow funds from, and lend or contribute funds to, the Partnership, on terms and conditions established in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner.
