Common use of Contractual Fee Waiver Clause in Contracts

Contractual Fee Waiver. During the Term set forth herein, the Adviser shall waive a portion of its Advisory Fee with respect to each Fund as set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto. All prior waiver agreements for any of the Funds identified therein are hereby terminated.

All prior waiver agreement(s) for the Fund(s) not identified therein shall remain in full force and effect.
