Contractual Hour. One contractual hour is earned for each fifty-three minutes of class time. For courses involving other than lecture hour, contractual hours shall be calculated as identified below. The number of students shall be calculated by the Registrar’s official enrollment on the first Monday after the first Tuesday Friday of semester.
