Contractual Interpretation. The parties acknowledge that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, have consulted with such attorneys, accountants, advisors, or other professionals as they have deemed appropriate prior to executing this Agreement with adequate opportunity and time for review thereof, and are fully aware of its contents and of its legal effect. Accordingly, neither this Agreement nor any ambiguity herein shall be construed against any party on the grounds that such party drafted this Agreement and instead, this Agreement shall be interpreted as though drafted equally by all parties.
