Contractual Interpretation. When the context so requires in this Agreement, words of gender shall include either or both of the other genders and the singular number shall include the plural. The headings of the sections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to constitute a part hereof and shall not be deemed to limit, expand or modify in any way the provisions of this Agreement.
