Common use of CONTRACTUAL PREREQUISITES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL PREREQUISITES. 7.1. This Agreement must first be approved as to form by the City Attorney, then executed by the CONTRACTOR, after which the Agreement may be executed by an authorized person on behalf of the CITY. 7.2. A request for modification of the terms herein must be made in writing and presented to the Designated Representative of the CITY prior to the time this Agreement is executed. 7.3. All proof of business license, insurance, and W-9 forms is required prior to execution of this Agreement.
