Contractual Rights Only. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the rights and licence granted to the Licensee pursuant to this Agreement are of a contractual nature only, and no property or other rights in or to any of the Marks are granted to the Licensee by virtue of this Agreement.
Contractual Rights Only. The Purchaser agrees that this Agreement creates contractual rights only, and does not create an interest in land, and no interest may be registered by the Purchaser at the Land Title Office against the title to the Strata Lot prior to the Completion Date.
Contractual Rights Only. The rights and obligations of the Sellers under this Section 1.9, including the right to receive payments, (i) are purely contractual rights and not a security for purposes of any federal or state securities Laws, (ii) will not be represented by any form of certificate or instrument, (iii) do not give the Sellers any dividend rights, voting rights, liquidation rights, preemptive rights or other rights common to holders of the Buyer’s equity securities and (iv) subject to Section 6.4, are not transferrable, assignable or redeemable (other than indirect transfers or assignments, transfers by operation of law or transfers or assignments to any Affiliate of the Sellers).
Contractual Rights Only. The Permittee and Canada mutually covenant and agree that this Permit is entered into under Subsection 28(2) of the Indian Act and the rights given hereby shall be construed as contractual rights only and shall not be deemed to grant, convey or confer on the Permittee any right in rem or any estate or interest in the title to those portions of the Reserve designated as the Permit Area.
