Common use of CONTRACTUAL STATUTE OF LIMITATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL STATUTE OF LIMITATION. Client agrees that, irrespective of any law or statute to the contrary, any claim or cause of action that Client may have against i-Showcase, that arises out of these Terms and Conditions or is related to the services provided by i-Showcase, must be filed within six (6) months after such claim or action arose and that the discovery rule shall not apply to extend the six months’ time period agreed upon in these Terms and Conditions for Client to assert its claims. Any claim not filed within the six (6) month period will be deemed lapsed and Client will be barred from asserting such claim.
