Contradiction in Terms of Agreement and Schedule A. If there is a contradiction in the terms of this Agreement and Schedule A attached hereto concerning the benefits due under Section 2.2, 2.3, or 2.4 hereof, then the actual amount of benefits prescribed by this Agreement shall control. THIRD AMENDMENT The sections of the Agreement having to do with "Administration" (section 8.9) and "Named Fiduciary" (section 8.10) are hereby deleted in their entirety, and the sections that follow are renumbered accordingly sections 8.9 ("Severability"), 8.10 ("Headings"), and 8.11 ("Notices"). FOURTH AMENDMENT A new Article 9 having to do with administration is added to the Agreement, as follows:
