Contributed Data. 2.3.1. Without the prior written consent of the OCC, Partner will not provide to the OCC any Restricted Data.
2.3.2. Partner shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and otherwise complying with all Applicable Laws and other restrictions: (i) to transmit any Contributed Data to the OCC; (ii) to permit the OCC to store such Contributed Data as part of the Platform; (iii) to provide Authorized Users access to such Contributed Data; and (iv) to permit the OCC to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Contributed Data. Partner has obtained all necessary consents and waivers, and that no consent, waiver, permission, or rights of any other person or entity are necessary to transmit to the OCC, or for the OCC to receive, store, use and provide Authorized Users with access to, any Contributed Data.
Contributed Data. Partner represents and warrants to CCSR that Partner has obtained all necessary consents and waivers necessary to transmit to PRC, or for PRC to receive, store, use and provide Authorized Users with access to, any Contributed Data.

Partner shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and otherwise complying with all Applicable Laws and other restrictions: (i) to transmit any Contributed Data to the BloodPAC; (ii) to permit the BloodPAC to store such Contributed Data as part of the Platform; (iii) to permit the BloodPAC to provide Authorized Users access to such Contributed Data; and (iv) to permit the BloodPAC to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.

Contributed Data. Data Contributor agrees to participate in the Program and, as a participant, will provide certain data regarding OHCA patients to Emory for the purposes described in this Section (“Contributed Data”).

Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, (A) EACH PARTY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND (B) THE BIONIMBUS PLATFORM AND THE CONTRIBUTED DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND CONSTITUTE RESEARCH ONLY INFORMATION.
Contributed Data. EACH PARTICIPANT PROVIDES ITS CONTRIBUTED DATA TO THE SHARED DATA PLATFORM “AS IS,” WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EACH PARTICIPANT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Contributed Data. Contributed Data shall mean the data provided by Data Contributor to Emory pursuant to Sections 3.1 or 3.1.1. Contributed Data may include PHI.
