Contributed Interests Description. The Contributed Interests shall include all of the rights and interests of the Contributors in and to the ESS Entities of any nature whatsoever, in each case and with respect to each individual ESS Entity, as more fully described on Schedule A attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by this reference.
