This Agreement is a contribution agreement only, not a contract for services or a contract of service or employment, and nothing in this Agreement, the Parties relationship or actions is intended to create, or be construed as creating, a partnership, employment or agency relationship between them. The Recipient is not in any way authorized to make a promise, agreement or contract and to incur any liability on behalf of Her Majesty or to represent itself as an agent, employee or partner of Her Majesty, including in any agreement with a third party, nor shall the Recipient make a promise, agreement or contract and incur any liability on behalf of Her Majesty, and the Recipient shall be solely responsible for any and all payments and deductions required by the applicable laws.
