Contribution Among Guarantors. The Credit Parties desire to allocate among themselves in a fair and equitable manner, their rights of contribution from each other when any payment is made by one of the Credit Parties under this Guaranty of Payment. Accordingly, if any payment is made by a Credit Party under this Guaranty of Payment (a “Funding Guarantor”) that exceeds its Fair Share, the Funding Guarantor shall be entitled to a contribution from each other Credit Party in the amount of such other Credit Party’s Fair Share Shortfall, so that all such contributions shall cause each Credit Party’s Aggregate Payments to equal its Fair Share.
