Contribution by the District Sample Clauses
Contribution by the District. The District will be responsible for all costs to:
3.2.1 Provide technology equipment, furniture, office equipment, security equipment, educational materials and supplies, lab equipment, loose equipment and other items needed for the School. Security cameras must either be functioning or, if non-functioning, must be removed or covered within a reasonable time period.
3.2.2 Remove the School Improvements once the District is no longer using the Lease Premises and restore the Lease Premises to their existing condition (estimated cost of $35,000) no later than the end of the term of this Agreement.
3.2.3 In the event the District provides any goods or services that reduce GLSC's costs described in this Section 3.2, it shall receive a credit on the above expenses equal to the savings realized by GLSC.

3.2.1 Continue to store the exhibits displaced by the Leased Premises (estimated value of $30,000). The Parties shall work together to determine if the exhibits can be productively housed and used in a District school. If they cannot be productively used, the Parties will evaluate District facilities to determine if the displaced exhibits could be stored in a District facility. The District shall provide free rent and adequate display/storage space and security at all times for all exhibits within its custody (either while on display in a District school or while in storage).
