Contribution by the General Partner of. the Subject Interest to the Partnership. The General Partner hereby grants, contributes, transfers, assigns and conveys to the Partnership, its successors and assigns, for its and their own use forever, the Subject Interest, and the Partnership hereby accepts the Subject Interest from the General Partner, as a contribution by the General Partner to the capital of the Partnership. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Subject Interest unto the Partnership, its successors and assigns, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, subject, however, to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, forever.
