Common use of Contribution Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Contribution Closing Certificate. The Contributor Parties shall have received a certificate, dated as of the Contribution Closing Date, signed by a Responsible Officer of Acquirer certifying that the conditions set forth in Section 6.3(a) and Section 6.3(b) have been satisfied.

Contribution Closing Certificate. The Contributor Acquirer Parties shall have received from the Contributor Parties a certificate, dated as of the Contribution Closing Date, signed by a Responsible Officer of Acquirer the Contributor Parties certifying that that, to the best of such Responsible Officer’s knowledge, the conditions set forth in Section 6.3(aSections 6.2(a), 6.2(b), 6.2(c) and Section 6.3(b6.2(f) have been satisfied.

Contribution Closing Certificate. The Contributor Parties Acquirer shall have received from the Contributor Parties a certificate, dated as of the Contribution Closing Date, signed by a Responsible Officer of Acquirer the Contributor Parties certifying that the conditions set forth in Section 6.3(a6.2(a) and Section 6.3(b6.2(b) have been satisfied.
