Contribution of Indebtedness or Equity Proceeds. The Parent Entities shall cause 100% of the net cash proceeds received (including into escrow) from the incurrence of Debt (including hybrid securities and debt securities convertible to equity) or the issuance of Equity Interests by any Parent Entity to be contributed to Borrower within ten (10) Banking Days of receipt thereof.
