Common use of Contribution Refunds Clause in Contracts

Contribution Refunds. The Subscriber is entitled to a Contribution Refund at any time. Subject to the Contribution cheque or pre-approved deposit having cleared the banking system, a Contribution will be refunded to the Subscriber, or paid to the Benefciary at the Subscriber’s request, on the earlier of: (a) the receipt by the Manager of a written request by the Subscriber for such Contribution Refund; and (b) the Date of Termination.
