CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS. 25.1 The Purchaser shall be liable for a monthly contribution to costs in an amount equal to the estimated levies, as recorded in clause 4.7.1 on Page 4 of the Sale Agreement, for the period from the Completion Date until the Transfer Date.
