Contribution to loss suffered. If a party makes a claim against the other party under the Project Documents and the party making the claim has contributed to the loss that it has suffered, any entitlement to damages or compensation of the party making the claim will be proportionally reduced, taking into account the extent to which it has contributed to the loss.
