  • CONTRIBUTION LICENSE You and the Site agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Site, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Site. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Site and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

  • Campaign Contributions / Lobbying Funds provided through a grant award or contract shall not be given or received in exchange for the making of a campaign contribution.   • Primary Distribution Discount Notes shall be issued and settled through the Fed Book-Entry System in same-day funds and shall be held by designated Fed Participants. After initial issue, all Discount Notes shall continue to be held by such Fed Participants in the Fed Book-Entry System unless arrangements are made for the transfer thereof to other Fed Participants. Discount Notes shall not be exchangeable for definitive Discount Notes.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • When Can I Make Contributions You may make annual contributions to your Xxxx XXX any time up to and including the due date for filing your tax return for the year, not including extensions. You may continue to make regular contributions to your Xxxx XXX even after you attain RMD age.   • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • Contractor to Pay All Taxes Except for any applicable California sales and use taxes charged by Contractor to City, Contractor shall pay all taxes, including possessory interest taxes levied upon or as a result of this Agreement, or the Services delivered pursuant hereto. Contractor shall remit to the State of California any sales or use taxes paid by City to Contractor under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to promptly provide information requested by the City to verify Contractor’s compliance with any State requirements for reporting sales and use tax paid by City under this Agreement.

  • Marketing the Property In an effort to properly and efficiently market the Property, the Seller grants the following permissions to the Agency: (Initial ALL That Apply) - Advertise the Property. - To use the Property’s street address when advertising the Property. - Allow third (3rd) party websites to create estimated market values of the Property. - Allow the Agency to disclose the existence of other offers on the Property. - Publish any and all Property information electronically or in print. This includes, but is not limited to, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, newspapers, etc. - Place a lockbox or key box on the Property. The Seller shall hold harmless the Agency and all cooperating licensees from all responsibility and liability resulting from any loss, damage, or theft which might occur while the Property is listed by the Agency under this Agreement. - Authorize a “For Sale” Sign on the Property.
