Common use of Contributions and Fund Raising Clause in Contracts

Contributions and Fund Raising. The School may solicit and receive contributions and donations as permitted by law. The school shall have an approved policy regarding the acceptance and administration of such gifts. No solicitation shall indicate that a contribution to the School is for the benefit of Osprey Wilds. Osprey Wilds may review the feasibility of any fundraising/non-government grants or gifts not already received or subject to written pledge in its budget for operating expenses.
