CONTRIBUTIONS BY THE PREFERRED MEMBERS. The Preferred Members shall make contributions to the Company in accordance with the applicable terms of Section 7.1 of this Agreement. Preferred Members, in their capacity as Members of the Company, shall not be required to make any additional contributions to the Company and shall have no additional liability solely by reason of being Preferred Members (subject to their obligation to return distributions wrongfully distributed to them as required by applicable law).
