Contributions Made Promptly. Elective Deferrals under the Plan shall be transferred to the applicable Funding Vehicle within 15 business days following the end of the month in which the amount would otherwise have been paid to the Participant, unless an earlier date is required by applicable state law. Employer contributions shall be transferred to the applicable Funding Vehicle within a reasonable period of time but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Employer’s regular work year for which such contributions were owed.
