Contributions of Other Members. Members other than the Manager shall acquire units in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement or any future subscription materials approved by the Manager. The names, addresses, date of admissions and Capital Contributions of the Members shall be set forth in Schedule A maintained by the Manager. The Manager shall update the Schedule A to reflect the then-current ownership of units (and Interests) without any further need to obtain the consent of any Member, and the Schedule A, as revised from time to time by the Manager, shall be presumed correct absent manifest error. Any member shall have a right to inspect such schedule upon written request to the Manager.
