Common use of Contributions to Abandonment Fund Clause in Contracts

Contributions to Abandonment Fund. 29.3.1 The Parties shall exercise their good faith judgment to set the amounts of contribution(s) for the Abandonment Fund so that it shall be of sufficient size to cover the expenses to be incurred under Sub-article 29.1. 29.3.2 Contractor shall commence making contributions to the Abandonment Fund, based on the formula as established in Sub-article 29.4, from the date of first Production, based on a contribution per Barrel produced and the production level of each Calendar Year.
