CONTRIBUTIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPANY PREFERRED SECURITYHOLDERS. On the Closing Date the Trust shall contribute to the capital of the Company, with respect to its purchase of the Company Preferred Securities on such Closing Date, an amount in cash equal to the Purchase Price for such Company Preferred Securities (such amount being the Trust's capital contribution to the Company). As the Company Preferred Securityholder, and in its capacity as a Securityholder of the Company, neither the Trust nor any successor holder of Company Preferred Securities shall be required to make any additional contributions to the Company (except as may be required by law).
