Contributor’s Deliveries. On the Closing Date Contributor shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Partnership the following closing documents, each of which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Partnership: (a) If applicable, New Title Policy; and (b) The Assignment.
