Common use of Contributor’s Performance Clause in Contracts

Contributor’s Performance. Each of the obligations of Contributor to be performed or complied with on or before the Final Closing Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Development Agreement or any other Related Agreement shall have been duly and fully performed or complied with in all material respects on or before the Final Closing Date.

Contributor’s Performance. Each of the obligations of Contributor to be performed or complied with on or before the Final Interim Closing Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Development Agreement or any other Related Agreement shall have been duly and fully performed or complied with in all material respects on or before the Final Interim Closing Date.

Contributor’s Performance. Each of the obligations of Contributor to be performed or complied with on or before the Final Contributed Business Closing Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Development Agreement or any other Related Agreement shall have been duly and fully performed or complied with in all material respects on or before the Final Contributed Business Closing Date.

Contributor’s Performance. Each of the obligations of Contributor or Contributor GP to be performed or complied with on or before the Final Initial Closing Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Development Agreement or any other Related related Agreement shall have been duly and fully performed or complied with in all material respects on or before the Final Initial Closing Date.
