Control by Agent and Coinbase Custody. For purposes of perfecting Lxxxxx’s security interest in the Trading Balance, Agent holds Bxxxxxxx’s Trading Balance for itself and also as agent for Lxxxxx, and has control over Borrower’s Trading Balance for its own benefit and for the benefit and on behalf of Lender. Axxxx agrees to follow entitlement orders of Lxxxxx as secured party with respect to the Trading Balance without further consent of the Borrower.
