CONTROL/DISTRIBUTION AREAS. NYC CMSA REQUIREMENTS‌ Per Federal and State regulation, oxygenated (OPRG) gasoline shall be provided in the New York City Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (New York City CMSA), if applicable. These control/distribution areas shall include the following counties: New York City CMSA: Bronx Kings Nassau New York Orange ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Queens Richmond Rockland Suffolk Westchester The control/distribution areas serviced by this Contract shall be amended as required to comply with the latest revisions of Federal regulation, U.S. EPA, Clean Air Act (CAA) - 1990, Title 40 of Code of Federal Regulations (40CFR) and State regulation, NYCRR, Title 6, Chapter III, Subchapter A, Part 225; and Ag. & Mrkts., 1 NYCRR, Part 224. 3.13. OPRG(E) TYPE GASOLINE, FOR THE OZONE NON-ATTAINMENT AREAS‌ 3.13.1. TERMINOLOGY, GASOLINE, OPRG(E) TYPE‌ Product provided shall be in accordance with ASTM D4814-09 Section 3 (Terminology), ASTM D4815-09 (when applicable), and as specified herein.
