Control of Advisor. Bankers Finance Advisors, LLC is controlled by Madison Investment Advisors, Inc. a registered investment advisor located in Madison, Wisconsin. As such, it is expected that Bankers Finance Advisors, LLC and Madison Investment Advisors, Inc. will work closely together in the management of the portfolios including but not limited to portfolio management, research, securities trading, and other investment management responsibilities.
