Control of Common Areas and Common Facilities. The Landlord shall at all times have exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and the Common Facilities. Such control applies to signs, use of show windows, and the Tenant's publicity visible from the Common Areas, as well as to the use made by the Tenant and/or the public of the Common Areas. The Landlord shall have the right to alter, vary, designate and redesignate the Common Areas and the Common Facilities from time to time and to interfere with the use of the Common Areas and the Common Facilities to the extent necessary to make such alterations or variations or any other repairs required or permitted to be made by the Landlord under this Lease.
