Common use of CONTROL OF LABOUR Clause in Contracts

CONTROL OF LABOUR. 17.1 Throughout the construction/erection of the improvements, the Building Contractor is responsible for the discipline and control of his employees and/or sub-Building contractors and is responsible for any damage caused to any part of the Development by any supplier of materials or any other person instructed by or employed by the Building Contractor and/or sub-Building contractors in respect of the work undertaken on the Erf.
