ANP shall permanently monitor and inspect the Operations directly or through arrangements with bodies of the Federal Government, States, or the Federal District. The monitoring and inspection, or the absence thereof, shall not exclude or reduce the Contractor’s responsibility for full performance of the obligations undertaken in this Agreement in any way. Monitoring by the Contracting Party The Contracting Party may monitor the Operations at any time.
