Control Of Plan Assets. CITY shall have absolute authority with respect to the control, management, investment, disposition, and utilization of Plan and/or general assets, and BRMS shall neither have nor be deemed to exercise any discretion, control, or authority with respect to the disposition of Plan and/or general assets.
