Common use of Control of the Other Party’s Business Clause in Contracts

Control of the Other Party’s Business. Prior to the Effective Time, nothing contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.1 and Section 4.2) shall give UBSH, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of ANCX, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall give ANCX, directly or indirectly, the right to control or direct the operations of UBSH. Prior to the Effective Time, each party shall exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over it and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.
