Control of transfer and forwarding. The submission of personal data is not mandatory when using Netigate. Customers may use Netigate services on their own. If however a Customer decides to buy consulting services from Netigate and thereby elects to share personal data with the respective Netigate employee, this can only be done in a password-protected file. The password shall consist of at least 25 characters. The password shall not communicated to the recipient by the same transport route but by other means (e.g., via telephone).

Data exporter may submit special categories of data to the Service, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the data exporter in its sole discretion, and which may include Personal Data concerning health information. If applicable, data exporter agrees that it has reviewed and assessed the restrictions and safeguards applied to the special categories of Personal Data, including the measures described in the Trust & Compliance Documentation (as defined by this DPA) and Documentation (as defined in the Agreement), and has determined that such restrictions and safeguards are sufficient.   • Effect of Transfer Within Escrow After the transfer of escrow securities within escrow, the escrow securities will remain in escrow and released from escrow under this Agreement as if no transfer has occurred on the same terms that applied before the transfer. The Escrow Agent will not deliver any share certificates or other evidence of the escrow securities to transferees under this Part 5.

  • Disposal of Transmitted Items Upon your receipt of a confirmation approval from Credit Union that we have received an image that you have transmitted, you agree to retain the check for at least 60 calendar days from the date of the image transmission. After 60 days, you agree to destroy the check that you transmitted as an image, mark it "VOID", or otherwise render it incapable of further transmission, deposit, or presentment. During the time the retained check is available, you agree to promptly provide it to Credit Union upon request.

  • Authorization of Transaction The Buyer has full power and authority (including full corporate power and authority) to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder. This Agreement constitutes the valid and legally binding obligation of the Buyer, enforceable in accordance with its terms and conditions.
