Common use of Control or Controlled Clause in Contracts

Control or Controlled. “Control” or “Controlled” means with respect to any material, item of information, or intellectual property right, the possession, whether by ownership or license, of the right to grant a license with respect thereto.

Control or Controlled. “Control” or “Controlled” means shall mean, with respect to any material, item of information, or intellectual property rightright (including any Patent Rights), the possession, possession (whether by ownership or license, or otherwise) by a Party of the right ability to grant to the other Party a license or other right as provided herein under such intellectual property without violating the terms of any written agreement existing before the Effective Date with respect theretoa Third Party.

Control or Controlled. “Control” or “Controlled” means shall mean with respect to any material, item of information, or intellectual property right, the possession, whether by ownership ownership, license or licenseotherwise, of the right to grant a license or other right with respect theretothereto to the extent set forth herein.

The term “Control” or “Controlled” means shall mean, with respect to any material, item of information, Know-How or any Patent Right or other intellectual property right, the possession, whether by ownership or license, possession of the right (whether by ownership, license or otherwise (other than pursuant to a license granted under this Agreement)), to assign, or grant a license license, sublicense or other right to or under, such Know-How, Patent Right or other intellectual property right as provided for herein without violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangement with respect theretoany Third Party.

The term “Control” or of “Controlled” means shall mean with respect to any material, item of information, or intellectual property right, the possession, whether possession by ownership or license, a party of the right ability to grant a license with respect theretoor sublicense of such intellectual property as provided for herein without violating the terms of any arrangement or agreements between such party and any third party.

Control or Controlled. “Control” or “Controlled” means shall mean with respect to any material, (a) item of information, including, without limitation, Know-How, or (b) intellectual property right, the possession, possession (whether by ownership or license, other than pursuant to this Agreement) by a Party of the right ability to grant to the other Party access or a license as provided herein under such item or right without violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangements with respect theretoany Third Party.

The terms “Control” or “Controlled” means means, with respect to any material, item the Intellectual Property Rights of information, or intellectual property righta third party, the possession, whether possession by ownership or license, a Party of the right ability to grant a license with respect theretoor sublicense of such Intellectual Property Rights or technology as provided for herein without violating the terms of any arrangement or agreements between such Party and any third party.
