Common use of Control over Copies of MSSNG Data Clause in Contracts

Control over Copies of MSSNG Data. Institution agrees to retain control over all copies of MSSNG Data archived, copied, downloaded or otherwise extracted by Institution, Researcher and the Research Team from the MSSNG Database, and further agrees not to transfer, provide, resell, share, publish or otherwise distribute such copies of MSSNG Data (free of charge or otherwise), directly or indirectly, to any other Person for any purpose whatsoever other than to Researcher or the Research Team as permitted by this DAA.
